About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Organic Growth Specialist with 3+ years of experience to drive website traffic growth through SEO, content marketing, and social media management. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and passionate about building sustainable organic growth strategies that generate qualified leads and increase brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content
Create and manage content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms
Write blogs, case studies, guides, and lead-generation content
Manage content calendars and posting schedules
Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and social media insights
Drive website traffic growth through organic channels
Collaborate with internal teams to align content with business goals
3+ years of experience in SEO, content marketing, and social media management
English proficiency: C1–C2 (written and verbal communication)
Proven experience driving organic website traffic growth
Strong content writing and content creation skills
Experience with SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
Experience with social media management and scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar)
Understanding of B2B marketing and sales funnels
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects independently
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in finance, healthcare, real estate, or professional services industries
Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva
