Department Description and Responsibilities The ISMS Team drives and continually improves the Information and Security Management System (ISMS) in compliance with the ISO/IEC 27001 standard. The team guides and supports Business Units seeking to obtain an ISO 27001 certification or TISAX label. Risk and Compliance Management are at the heart of the ISMS. The team leads the IT Security Risk Management processes by conducting risk assessments, defining and following up on risk treatment strategies, ensuring that IT Security policies reflect customer and regulatory requirements, raising awareness where needed, and performing/following up on (self-)assessments. Project Scope To support the growing need for ISMS extensions, the ISMS team seeks to strengthen its capacity by adding an ISMS Project Manager. This role includes managing and coordinating several extension projects and performing some implementation activities. The role also offers opportunities to lead continual improvement initiatives. Current and Future Projects TISAX Recertification Project (March 2026–June 2027) - Scope: Recertification cycle for 9 different sites. - Each plant involves ~5 local team members; stakeholder groupof ~50 people. ISO 27001 Certification for Three Sites (July 2026–October 2027) - Scope: New ISO certification tracks for 3 sites. Four Additional ISMS Projects in Pipeline - Scope: Pending initiation, part of the global ISMS extension roadmap. Primary Tasks and Responsibilities Lead ISMS Extension Projects - Manage and coordinate multiple ISMS extension projects. - Ensure structured project planning, scope management, and progress tracking. Execute and Support ISMS Implementation Activities - Take ownership of hands-on implementation tasks within the ISMS. - Perform and follow up on assessments. - Support Business Units in achieving ISO 27001 certification or a TISAX label. Drive and Support Continual Improvement of the ISMS - Support improvement initiatives related to processes, documentation, and governance. Technical Profile Requirements - 5 years of experience in project management. - 10 years of experience in IT (preferably in Security). - 5 years of experience implementing and running an ISMS. - 5 years of experience in an international/global organization. - Strong understanding of Information Security standards ISO 27001 and TISAX. - Knowledge of MS Office products. Non-Technical Profile Requirements - Strong analytical and reporting skills. - Disciplined and methodological way of working. - Strong planning and coordination abilities. - Mature personality with excellent interpersonal skills. - Ability to establish credibility with senior stakeholders. - Good presentation skills. Languages - Fluent in English (spoken and written). - Dutch: a plus for local site interactions. - Very international working environment.
