As a Genetec Systems Engineer at Randstad Digital, you will lead the implementation and support of high-end Genetec Security Center solutions. From architectural design to advanced troubleshooting, you will ensure our clients' safety systems are robust and future-proof. your tasks
* System Deployment: Install and configure Genetec Security Center modules (Access Control, Video, ANPR, Intercom) and integrate them with IP hardware and servers.
* Technical Engineering: Analyze client needs to design system architectures, conduct functional testing, and manage the commissioning of on-site projects.
* Support & Maintenance: Provide Level 2/3 technical support for complex incidents, perform preventive maintenance, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
* Documentation & Training: Create technical schemas and reports while providing expert training to both end-users and internal colleagues.
your profile
* Core Expertise: Solid experience in electronic security systems and IP Networking (VLAN, PoE, Routing).
* Technical Stack: Skilled in Windows Server, SQL, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V). Hands-on experience with Genetec Security Center is essential.
* Problem Solver: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to read technical drawings and document procedures clearly.
* Professional Attributes: Customer-oriented, autonomous, and stress-resistant. You hold a Category B driver’s license and have a good command of technical English.
* Bonus: Certifications in Genetec, Axis, or Cisco, and experience with fire detection or AI video analytics.
