Today, we are recruiting on behalf of one of our partners, a global leader in multi-technical services, a bSenior Energy Transition Lead /b within their energy and decarbonization consulting department. /p pThis is a unique national entity, in strong growth, composed of around ten consultants, operating upstream with clients to build their complete decarbonization roadmap. You will be joining a fast-moving structure with a true right-hand role to the Practice Director, where you will bring both your technical expertise and your commercial drive. /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 ul liAdvise and support clients in defining, planning and implementing their energy transition and decarbonization strategy /li liAct as the technical reference point for your team and your clients /li liLead and mentor junior consultants on projects /li liManage your projects on a day-to-day basis and ensure budget tracking /li liEnsure compliance with contractual requirements and safety standards /li liDevelop innovative data-driven solutions to improve energy performance and site sustainability /li liWork in synergy with the group's various teams to develop integrated offerings (monitoring, EPC, digital services, carbon financing) /li liRepresent the department at events, workshops and client benchmarks /li liActively develop commercial relationships and manage a client portfolio independently /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liCivil or industrial engineering degree /li liMinimum 10 years of experience in one or more disciplines: HVAC, energy, decarbonization, ideally in a multi-technical engineering firm and/or industrial environment /li liOutgoing personality with a genuine commercial drive: you don't wait for projects to come to you, you go after them /li liGood understanding of control systems, energy monitoring and digital performance tracking tools /li liStrong project management skills, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines /li liAutonomy, proactivity and a continuous improvement mindset /li /ul h3What's on offer /h3 ul libSalary package between €82,000 and €90,000 gross per year depending on profile /b /li liAnnual bonus between 7% and 10% /li liCompany car + bike leasing plan /li liSmartphone with subscription + internet allowance /li liGroup and hospitalization insurance /li liRTT days off /li liSenior executive status /li liPosition based in Nivelles or Grimbergen, with flexibility /li /ul pbInterested /b?
