About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects that support strategic initiatives, regulatory compliance, digital transformation, and operational improvements. You will work cross-functionally with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource needs
Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, and track progress
Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for flawless execution
Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders
Ensure alignment with compliance standards and regulatory requirements specific to the insurance sector
Drive stakeholder engagement and manage expectations across all levels
Continuously seek process improvement opportunities in project delivery and governance
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field
5+ years of project management experience, preferably within insurance or financial services
Strong understanding of the insurance industry, including products, claims, underwriting, and regulatory environment
PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification is a plus
Proven experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, etc.)
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, regulated environment
