We’re looking for a Senior Technical Lead Consultant to join our client’s team and play a pivotal role in shaping high-impact software solutions. This is a strategic position where you’ll combine hands‑on technical expertise with leadership, guiding development teams while driving architectural excellence and innovation across complex projects.
Role & Responsibilities
As a trusted technical authority within our client’s environment, you will:
Provide technical leadership and direction across software initiatives, making key design and technology decisions
Design and oversee robust architectures, ensuring best practices, standards, and scalable solutions are implemented
Collaborate closely with product managers, analysts, and stakeholders to assess technical feasibility and solution design
Manage and prioritize the technical backlog, aligning delivery with business goals and timelines
Identify risks, troubleshoot complex technical challenges, and proactively drive solutionsMentor and support team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence
Ensure high code quality standards through reviews and continuous improvement of development practices
Evaluate and introduce new tools and technologies to enhance team efficiency and delivery
Maintain clear and structured technical documentation for knowledge sharing and long‑term sustainability
Profile & Experience
The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of leadership, architecture, and hands‑on development experience:
Around 10 years of experience in software development, including technical leadership and project coordination
Proven expertise in architectural design and leading complex technical projects
Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues
Experience managing technical backlogs and priorities in agile environments
Solid communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders
Hands‑on experience with code reviews and quality assurance practices
Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools (e.g., Git‑based workflows, GitLab)
Knowledge of Azure fundamentals, .NET Core, and ideally Angular
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications or strong knowledge in architecture and design methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, DDD, Clean Architecture)
Experience with cloud platforms and building cloud‑native applications (Azure preferred)
Development experience with technologies such as .NET, Terraform, Angular
Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Awareness of security standards and best practices
Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams and driving innovation
Experience in performance optimization and improving scalability of applications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
