Territory Manager – Life Sciences & Diagnostics Belgium

📍 Location: Belgium

🌍 An international life sciences company is looking for a driven and independent Territory Manager to join their Belgium team. With a strong reputation in delivering innovative solutions and equipment for the Life Sciences and Diagnostics sectors, this company is committed to advancing healthcare solutions and supporting scientific progress worldwide.


🎯 Key Responsibilities:

* Act independently in selling their products and services, managing the entire sales process, and providing post-sales support.
* Build and maintain relationships with distributors and end-users across Sweden.
* Prepare annual plans, budgets, forecasts, and monthly activity reports in consultation with the Regional Director.
* Organise and implement promotional and marketing activities in collaboration with the marketing team.
* Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and roadshows.
* Deliver presentations and product training when necessary.
* Maintain CRM records and provide detailed customer visit reports.
* Participate in sales meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.

* Develop strong knowledge of the market and product portfolio.
* Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.
* Demonstrate initiative, autonomy, and a structured work approach.
* Provide timely and insightful reporting to management.

📋 What We’re Looking For:

Education & Experience

* Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field.
* Proven sales experience in a relevant scientific or diagnostics industry.
* Technical knowledge is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Comfortable interacting at all levels, from lab technicians to executives.
* Proactive, results-driven, and excellent at building professional networks.
* Skilled in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Other Requirements

* Fluent in French, Dutch and English (spoken and written).
* Valid B driving license and willingness to travel frequently within Belgium.
