MSAT Pharma Product Transfer Lead
Do you have an experience in drug product manufactoring (oral solution)?
In this role, you lead and support critical technology transfer activities within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You act as both technical expert and project lead for the transfer of a commercial oral solution product to an external manufacturing partner, ensuring continuity of supply for patients.You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including QA, Regulatory Affairs, Analytics, and Manufacturing, as well as external CMOs, to ensure a successful and compliant transfer while maintaining high quality and regulatory standards.
What will you do?Lead technology transfer activities to an external manufacturing site (CMO)Manage project timelines, deliverables, resources, and budgetPrepare and review technology transfer documentation, protocols, and validation reportsAct as technical expert in oral solution drug product manufacturing (mixing, filling, IPCs, process parameters)Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including QA, RA, Analytics, and ManufacturingLead manufacturing investigations and second-line troubleshootingEnsure regulatory and quality compliance throughout the projectMaintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and external partners
Who are you?Must have an experience in Drug product manufacturing (Oral solution)Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing (8–10+ years preferred)Strong experience in technology transfer and project managementSolid technical expertise in oral solution drug product manufacturing (essential)Experience with process validation and manufacturing investigationsAbility to lead cross-functional teams and manage external CMOsStrong knowledge of pharmaceutical quality systems and regulatory requirementsFluent in FrenchAutonomous, assertive, and able to manage complex technical projects
