We are looking for an experienced Data Governance Consultant to support the rollout and adoption of Data Governance capabilities using Collibra across the organization.
This role combines strong business understanding with hands-on technical expertise in Collibra, complemented by Python development skills, to help design, implement, and integrate scalable data governance solutions.
Role & Responsibilities
As a Data Governance Consultant, you will play a key role in translating business needs into practical and sustainable data governance solutions. Your responsibilities include:
* Capture and analyze business requirements related to data governance use cases
* Clearly explain the value and benefits of Collibra to business and technical stakeholders
* Distinguish between must-have requirements and nice-to-have features
* Propose implementation options and recommendations aligned with business priorities
* Develop prototypes to gather stakeholder feedback and iterate on solutions
* Support the end-to-end implementation in Collibra, including:
* Workflow configuration
* Manual data uploads and enrichment
* Extend and support integrations with non-standard systems, including:
* Custom integrations using the Collibra API
* Bridging systems via Python-based integrations
* Working in environments such as RHEL and OpenShift
* Ensure solutions align with security and access control requirements
Required Skills & Experience
Data Governance & Collibra
* Strong understanding of data governance principles, operating models, and tooling
* Hands-on experience with Collibra configuration and implementation
Technical Skills
* Solid experience with Collibra APIs and integrations
* Python programming skills for system integration and automation
* Familiarity with RHEL and OpenShift environments is a strong advantage
* Good understanding of security controls and access governance
Personal & Communication Skills
* Strong team player, able to collaborate across business and technical teams
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
* Meticulous and quality-oriented, with strong attention to detail
