Description and Requirements
Lenovo Belgium is seeking an experienced Channel Account Manager to manage and further develop strategic relationships with key business partners. This is role suited for a senior commercial professional with strong channel expertise in the IT industry. The position collaborates closely with Benelux and EMEA stakeholders to drive sustainable, profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies for assigned channel partners
2. Own and maintain Lenovo 360 account business plans to maximize partner performance
3. Drive regular partner engagement through structured meetings, business planning sessions, and QBRs
4. Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
5. Monitor and report account performance including forecasting, pipeline, and results versus targets
6. Strengthen Lenovo’s positioning within the Benelux partner ecosystem
7. Collaborate with EMEA Channel and SMB teams to align on segment strategy and growth initiatives
8. Proactively identify business risks and define mitigation and recovery plans
Position Requirements
9. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Business, Marketing, or a related field
10. Extensive experience (7-10 years) in commercial sales roles within the IT industry (hardware and services)
11. Proven expertise in channel partner management and indirect sales models
12. Strong financial acumen including forecasting, margin management, and business planning
13. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable plans
14. Fluency in English and Dutch; knowledge of French is a strong advantage
15. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
16. Customer-oriented mindset combined with a collaborative, solution-focused approach
