Insurope is looking for a Senior Group Employee Benefits Analyst
to join its headquarters in
Brussels, Belgium
. In this role, you will report to the Chief Actuary. This is a unique opportunity to

, gaining hands-on experience in a highly analytical position. You'll be exposed to the inner workings of international employee benefits and insurance programs. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Production of Multinational Accounts
* Production of Multinational Pooling Illustrations (i.e. quotations)
* Responsible for analyzing technical issues and providing appropriate solutions
* Responsible for providing inputs to the Insurope Network Members in the preparation of their quotations
* Responsible for providing inputs and expertise to the Sales department with respect to the Multinational Accounts and Multinational Pooling Illustrations
* Responsible for preparing statistics and figures for the Insurope Network Members and Sales department
* Responsible for preparing, on project basis, topics to be discussed at the Technical Committee meeting
* Discuss deliverables and planning/timelines with all stakeholders (i.e. commercial/salespeople, network members, etc.)
* Maintaining existing tools (in Excel and Access) and testing of new developments
Key Qualifications
* Three to five years of relevant experience in the Insurance and/or mathematics and/or economics and/or financial Institutions
* Minimum bachelor's degree required
* Knowledge of VBA or other programming languages (a plus)
* Knowledge/Experience in (International) Employee Benefits (a plus)
* Knowledge/Experience in re-insurance systems (a plus)
* Graduate actuary (a plus)
Skills Required
* Fluency in English - other languages is an asset
* Great sense of organization and planning
* Great sense of figures
* Accurate - Process-driven and attentive to detail
* Capable to work independently as well as in a group
