* Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle daily scheduling priorities.
 * Organize travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
 * Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports.
 * Draft and proofread correspondence in English and French.
 * Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
 * Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
 * Support the organization of internal events, meetings, and ad hoc projects.
 * Proactively identify ways to optimize administrative processes.
 * Holds a Bachelor's degree in Office Management, Languages, Communication, or similar.
 * Has at least 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Management Assistant in an international environment.
 * Is fluent in French and English (both spoken and written).
 * Demonstrates a high level of discretion, organization, and adaptability.
 * Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Is proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and comfortable with digital tools.
 * Works independently but enjoys being part of a collaborative team.
