As a Pega Lead System Architect (LSA), you are a cornerstone in driving technical leadership and innovation within the Pega domain. You translate complex business challenges and requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions. Acting as a thought leader, you drive innovation, provide technical leadership across multiple squads, and shape the organization’s digital transformation roadmap.
Your Responsibilities
1. Provide technical leadership: Guide one or more squads while challenging business stakeholders to align strategic objectives with the best technical solutions.
2. Define technology standards: Establish and maintain industry-standard best practices for code quality, technical debt reduction, and translate these into the Pega technology roadmap.
3. Support software delivery: Provide guidance on technical designs, support the refinement of high-level architectures, and coach the Pega developer community.
4. Promote reuse and quality: Advocate and implement best practices for reusability and quality standards within the Pega platform.
5. Maintain deep technical expertise: Stay up to date with Pega advancements, continuously expand your knowledge, and actively share it with teams.
6. Define application architecture: Collaborate with enterprise architects to design and implement application architectures for new solutions within the Pega ecosystem.

11. At least 8 years of experience in software development, with 3+ years in a senior or technical leadership role.
12. Excellent communication skills in English.
13. Proven expertise in the Pega platform, including Pega Lead System Architect certification (LSA); additional certifications in Pega frameworks and related technologies are a plus
14. Strong analytical and design-thinking skills, with a track record of delivering complex Pega solutions.
15. Solid understanding of Pega architecture, design principles, and integration patterns
16. Thorough understanding of the organization’s mission, goals, and ways of working, particularly in leveraging the Pega platform for digital transformation.
17. Strong network within the Pega community and awareness of the latest platform capabilities and trends.
18. Expertise in delivering scalable Pega solutions and optimizing software development processes in an enterprise environment.
19. Deep knowledge of the Pega platform, including frameworks such as Case Management, Decisioning, and Integration capabilities.
