Your RoleYou will lead the design, development, and validation of molecular assays, contributing directly to the creation of reliable diagnostic kits.
Main responsibilities:Design, develop and validate qPCR, PCR, and isothermal amplification assays for bacteria, viruses, and fungiDevelop and optimize DNA extraction methodsContribute to microbiology activities related to assay developmentTranslate assays into diagnostic kits for veterinary practice
Your ProfileMandatory: hands-on experience in assay development and validation in an industrial/private settingStrong experience in molecular biology, especially test designExperience with qPCR, PCR, and isothermal amplificationExperience in DNA extraction method developmentBackground in microbiologyAutonomous, rigorous, and analytical
