As Strategic Client Manager, you will take the lead in acquiring new clients for a portfolio of high-impact leadership solutions — from open-enrolment programmes and executive coaching to assessment products and licensing. You will actively open doors across industries and company sizes, engaging senior decision-makers and establishing long-term, value-driven partnerships. Working closely with commercial, marketing and operational teams, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the organisation’s footprint and impact in the European market. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Prospecting Drive outbound outreach (cold calling, emailing, social selling) to engage new prospects Identify and approach key decision-makers to initiate meaningful sales conversations Leverage sales tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and marketing campaigns effectively Sales Pipeline Management Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities Lead initial discovery calls, qualify prospects and close sales autonomously Ensure accurate and up-to-date CRM data throughout the sales cycle Market Insight & Sales Excellence Stay ahead of market and industry trends within the leadership development space Monitor competitors and contribute to strategic commercial insights Actively participate in internal sales enablement and knowledge-sharing sessions Your Profile We are looking for a commercially minded, entrepreneurial professional who thrives in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment. ✔ Proven experience in new business development, with a passion for prospecting and closing ideally in selling leadership programmes, training, or B2B services ✔ Experience in selling open enrolment training, coaching, or licencing will be considered a strong plus ✔ Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to engage with C-level executives with confidence and credibility ✔ Tech-savvy and structured – skilled in CRM systems, Microsoft tools, and social selling platforms ✔ Team-oriented, but highly autonomous in managing your sales pipeline ✔ Minimum a Bachelor's degree / level required; 5–7 years of relevant experience, ✔ Willingness to travel up to 25% across Europe Please note: this position does not offer relocation support or visa sponsorship.
