Job description
1. Captures, validate and describes technical vision, governance and strategy surrounding .NET development, including supporting and assisting the development teams.
2. Capture guidelines and define implementation boundaries.
3. Document AS-IS and TO-BE situations, Designs and document the formal workflows/template and Capture functional and non-functional requirements.
4. As a .NET Competence Lead you will be the SPOC regarding .NET technology usage and are responsible for updating and communicating with stakeholders about the technical roadmap.
5. You will play a crucial role in shaping the technical direction of projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
6. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the .NET developers.Drive the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies within the team.Collaborate to define technical strategies and roadmaps.
7. Mentorship and Training: Mentor and coach .NET developers, fostering their professional growth and development.Conduct regular knowledge-sharing sessions and training
8. Project Delivery: Support development and delivery of complex .NET projects.
9. Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, advocating for their integration where applicable.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and efficiency.
Qualifications:
10. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
11. 5 years experience
12. Proven experience as a Senior .NET Developer or similar role.
13. Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET framework.
14. Previous leadership or mentoring experience within a development team.
15. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
16. Knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, Angular, or React.
17. Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
18. Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools, preferably Bicep.
19. Experience with DevOps practices and tools, preferably Azure DevOps
20. Certifications in relevant technologies.
