Description Division: Group Business Solutions (GBS) Your role As a Product Owner, you serve as the vital link between business stakeholders and IT, translating strategic goals into actionable product development. You are responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering solutions that meet client needs and align with the business vision. Your responsibilities Understand client needs and define optimal scope and solutions focused on true demand. Create and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clear documentation and prioritization of requirements. Align stakeholders on scope evolution and solution direction. Support the Scrum team during development and backlog refinement sessions. Prepare client documentation and coordinate roll-out activities. Plan, monitor, and manage internal project initiation and scope. Ensure project outcomes meet expectations for solution quality, timeline, cost, and business value. Build strong relationships with business units and user groups. Ensure services are identified, developed, and supported to meet business satisfaction. Actively contribute to the execution of the Customer Digital Experience strategy. Prepare communications and presentations on product enhancements. Your profile Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a similar role (Product Owner, Product Manager, or Senior Business Analyst) within banking or financial services, with a focus on client communication and interaction channels. Fluent in spoken and written English. Strong analytical, methodical, and results-oriented mindset. Client-focused with a collaborative team spirit. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. Strong planning and organizational abilities; able to work independently. Experience in Agile environments is an asset. Proven experience managing at least two teams. Certified Product Owner with a track record of delivering change. Comfortable working with both senior and junior colleagues in a matrix environment. Demonstrated success in leading medium to large projects across the full lifecycle using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
