What You’ll Do
* Take the lead on corporate and TMC sales strategy, from proactive prospecting to deal closure
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
* Respond to RFPs, negotiate transient and group contracts, and grow market share
* Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums
* Collaborate closely with the Groups & Events, Revenue, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery
* Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends, competitor activity, and client needs
* Act as a true brand ambassador in everything you do
Requirements
* At least 4 years of experience in a similar sales role in a upscale hotel
* A strong network in the corporate and TMC markets, both locally and internationally
* Familiar with key tools like Lanyon, GDS, Hotelligence, Cvent, MICEVIEW, Concur
* Fluent in English, French, and Dutch (any additional language is a plus)
* A natural negotiator and influencer with a “hunter” mindset and passion for sales
* Proactive, positive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
