Are you a senior commercial professional who grows strategic accounts while actively hunting for new business in Life Sciences & Pharma ?
At Akkodis, you will build and expand relationships with international clients across Belgium, accelerate revenue and margin growth, and develop partnerships that create tangible impact.
As Senior Key Account Manager, you are the commercial face of Akkodis within Life Sciences. You manage performance, profitability and growth, and position Akkodis with international decision makers.
What you will do (Sales & Growth Focus)
New business & growth: identify and create opportunities (projects, staffing, services/solutions) and convert them into signed deals.
Strategic account management: build long-term C-level relationships and act as a trusted advisor for your customers.
Deal-making & negotiations: lead negotiations for complex contracts and framework agreements, with a strong focus on value and margin.
Internal orchestration: collaborate closely with recruitment, delivery, sales and international Akkodis teams to win proposals and ensure successful delivery.
5–15 years of experience in (Key) Account Management, Strategic Sales, Business Development or similar—preferably within B2B services/consultancy (project- or service-driven models).
