Therefore, the RSM Cybersecurity and Privacy team is looking for a Consultant at Senior to Supervisor level to strengthen its internal risk management and security governance capabilities. You will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of projects across sectors such as transport, energy, manufacturing, and more. This role is designed to provide you with a varied experience, enhancing your expertise and broadening your professional horizons. Your expertise will help our clients navigate the complex landscape of cybersecurity threats and implement robust security measures in line with standards and legislation such as ISO 27001:2022, GDPR, and NIS2. As a member of this team, you will have the following responsibilities: Develop and guide clients towards a defined Information Security framework. Translate organisational security requirements into concrete, actionable security measures. Coordinate cyber risk assessments. Define and maintain risk management processes. Coordinate the development of security plans, awareness campaigns, and training initiatives. Support external stakeholders in implementing cyber controls. Monitor information security risks and ensure timely and accurate reporting. Initiate and manage security awareness programs and policy improvement projects. Act as an (internal) point of reference for best practices in information security. Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the company. Who are we looking for? You have: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, cybersecurity, or equivalent experience in information / IT security consultancy. 3 to 6 years of experience in a management or technology consulting firm. Very good knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001:2022, NIS2, GDPR, COBIT, NIST, OWASP, and CIS controls. Relevant data privacy and/or information security certifications (ISO 27001:2022 / ISO 27701:2019 Lead Implementer or Auditor, or equivalent). An excellent command of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills. The ability to drive client projects forward, supported by strong presentation skills. The capability to lead projects independently. Fluency in Dutch or French, with professional proficiency in English.
