Function
You start your day where everything moves: at the docks. You know the planning, you see what's coming in, what needs to go out, where challenges arise and where things run smoothly.
As a Transit Supervisor, you will:
* Coordinate inbound and outbound transport flows.
* Ensure loading and unloading activities run safely and according to plan.
* Manage and check all documentation (CMR, packing lists, customs papers, …).
* Communicate closely with Warehouse, Planning, Customer Service and Quality.
* Lead and motivate your team to create an efficient and accurate flow.
* Step onto the floor yourself when needed — you're not afraid to get hands-on.
In short: you make sure that everything entering or leaving our site is accurate, complete and on time.
Profile
We're looking for someone who thrives in the dynamic world between transport and warehouse.
Someone who values structure but can adapt when reality shifts.
* Experience in logistics, preferably within a 3PL environment.
* Affinity with transport handling and understanding of its role in the full supply chain.
* Strong eye for detail and a proactive mindset.
* Clear communicator who connects with different departments.
* Natural leadership qualities.
* Willingness to support operational tasks on the floor.
