Service strategic accounts & agents manager

Responsibilities / Tasks

As Service Strategic Accounts & Agents Manager, you will oversee the administration and performance of service agreements with key accounts and authorized agents. You'll support the development and deployment of service sales tools, contribute to portfolio improvements, and ensure effective communication and reporting.

Strategic Account and Agent Management:

1. Manage existing strategic service accounts and agent agreements.

2. Identify and evaluate potential new strategic accounts and agents.

3. Prepare data analyses (e.g., i-Base, turnover, service level, customer insights) to support decision-making.

4. Develop, negotiate, and roll out framework agreements in alignment with regional contacts.

5. Monitor agreement implementation, performance, and periodic reviews.

Service Sales Tool Management:

6. Deploy and communicate existing sales tools across SFT.

7. Identify improvement opportunities and evaluate feasibility.

8. Collaborate on the development of new sales tools with internal stakeholders.

Portfolio and Product Support:

9. Support the development and rollout of service product offerings.

10. Identify new product opportunities based on insights from accounts and agents.

11. Contribute to the evolution of digital service offerings and business models.

Communication and Reporting:

12. Maintain structured communication with internal teams, regional contacts, and other GEA divisions.

13. Provide regular performance updates and strategic input to management.

14. Assist regions with strategic and key account agreements.

Your Profile / Qualifications

15. Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

16. Experience in Service Business Management. Operational and analytical experience.

17. Excellent SAP P11, CRM and Microsoft Tools skills, including evaluation techniques.

18. Advanced understanding of Industrial contractual documentation and commercial analytics.

19. Knowledge of SEP-related products and markets (additional GEA equipment knowledge is a plus).

20. Willingness to travel internationally (10–15%).
