We are looking for a Graduate HR Finance & Operations (less than 18 months of experience excluding internships) to support our Pay & Benefits team. Team description You will be part of the Pay & Benefits Support Team, within the People & Site Services division. Our team plays a critical role in ensuring smooth and compliant processes that support employees across TME. Specifically, we: Ensure a payroll service is in place at all TME sites, fully compliant with labour laws, accounting and audit regulations, and company policies (note: payroll calculations and services are outsourced) Provide accurate systems, processes, and communication tools for recording and managing working time and absences in TME Belgium Maintain systems and processes for affiliation, data management, payments, and customer support related to insured benefits in TME Belgium Your responsibilities This is a great opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional to start in a structured environment and develop into a more strategic role. You will begin with operational tasks and progressively take on responsibilities that involve process optimisation and cross-functional collaboration, gaining exposure to finance, operations, and HR processes. Key Responsibilities Invoice & Accounting Take responsibility for invoice processes and work on optimising them across departments, ensuring robust quality controls in collaboration with Accounting & Finance and Treasury teams. Budget Planning Contribute to strategic budgeting initiatives, supporting decision-making and co-leading activities as you grow in the role. Administration & Compliance Deliver accurate and compliant support by leveraging digital tools and solutions to streamline processes and maintain high standards. Projects & Operations Play an active role in projects and operational activities across Belgium and European logistics companies/branches/offices, and multi-disciplinary teams ensuring efficiency and alignment with organisational objectives. You are a recent university graduate with less than 18 months of professional experience (internships excluded). You are fluent in English (TME’s business language) and in Dutch or French. You are familiar with European HR practices and are willing to relocate to Belgium. You have a strong interest in finance, payroll, and benefits. You are comfortable working with numbers and enjoy working with Excel, KPIs, and analytics. You are eager to learn and grow, especially through digital upskilling. You have a collaborative mindset and enjoy working closely with Treasury, Accounting, and operational teams. You apply a structured problem‑solving approach in your work.
