Your responsibilities
4. Prepare Sales Orders for Delivery daily by listing non picked deliveries for the next 5 days, evaluate the proposed batch selection and communicate the- to be picked - deliveries and discrepancies (batch selection not according target, shortages) internally to SCM planning team in order to maximally reduce non conformities.
5. Process Customization Production Orders daily by listing the open customization POs, processing the corresponding production orders & labels, scheduling the POs considering due dates & open capacity and back-flushing once processed in order to guarantee optimal availability of products for customers.
6. Process Replenishment Production Orders daily by listing replenishment POs for the next 5 days, evaluate the proposed batch selection (based on blocked status file) and communicate discrepancies (batch selection not according target, shortages) internally to SCM planning team in order to guarantee optimal availability of products for production on time.
7. Process Transfer orders to/from External warehouses daily by screening potential product volumes (according internal target rues) to be transferred in & out in order to ensure optimal use of external warehousing capacity.
8. Process bulk orders daily by listing open bulk orders considering due dates, back-flushing once processed in order to guarantee optimal availability of products for customers on time.
9. Tracking and daily coordinating of the unloading & loading of trucks in your shift hours to assure in time delivery of goods and materials to customers
10. Supervise daily warehouse activities in your shift hours such as the receipt, the storage & delivery of packed goods to assure efficient warehouse processes and to maximize warehouse productivity while optimizing storage areas.
11. Follow up the replenishment zones byproducts periodically by screening blocked products, reallocating respective products to appropriate zones and requesting SCM planning team to start up reprocessing orders in order to optimize space utilization.

12. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent per experience
13. min 3 years of experience
Technical Skills (including language(s)) required for the role:
14. SAP key user level
