Alexander Steele are working in partnership with a leading Japanese retail kiosk brand to recruit a Regional Manager covering the Belgium-Netherlands border region, including Antwerp and the wider Flemish area.
This is a field-based, commercially focused role where you'll act as the vital link between head office, retail partners, and franchise network. You'll take full ownership of performance across your region — driving like-for-like sales growth, building strong relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across every point of sale.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales performance across your kiosk portfolio, managing KPIs including L4L revenue, product mix, waste, average transactional value, and marketing campaign participation
* Visit each franchise partner monthly, coaching them to optimise their business and creating actionable plans to improve performance
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both retail and franchise partners, acting as the face of the brand at local and regional level
* Conduct regular business reviews with both retailers and franchise partners, producing clear follow-up action plans
* Implement company policy, quality standards, and marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all sites
* Lead proactive in-kiosk sales activity including tastings, internal competitions, and partner training
* Support new partner onboarding and kiosk transitions, ensuring smooth handovers and strong starts
