About us
We are a small international company based in Belgium, looking for a Logistics Coordinator / Transport Operations Assistant who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about ensuring smooth logistics operations. From document management to delivery tracking, you will play a key role in keeping everything running precisely and efficiently.
Your responsibilities:
Coordinate and verify loading/unloading activities
Act as liaison between departments and logistics partners
Allocate goods and manage transport workflows
Track vehicle data and delivery schedules
Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records
Support delivery planning and progress updates
Communicate with warehouses, carriers, and delivery teams
Flexible to work at different sites (driving license is a plus)
We are looking for someone who:
Has knowledge of logistics and administrative systems
Is fluent in English (Chinese, Dutch, or other languages are a plus)
Is proficient in Microsoft Excel / Office tools
Is precise, stress-resistant, and a strong team player
Can adapt to both office and warehouse environments
Previous logistics experience is an advantage

Wij zijn een klein internationaal bedrijf in België en zoeken een Logistiek Coördinator / Transport Operations Assistent die goed georganiseerd, nauwkeurig en gepassioneerd is over logistieke operaties. Van documentbeheer tot leveringsopvolging – jij speelt een sleutelrol in het soepel laten verlopen van onze processen.
Jouw taken:
Coördineren en controleren van laad- en losactiviteiten
Schakel tussen afdelingen en logistieke partners
Goederen toewijzen en transportprocessen beheren
Voertuiggegevens en leveringsschema's opvolgen
Transportdocumenten en voorraadnauwkeurigheid bijhouden
Ondersteunen bij leveringsplanning en voortgangsupdates
Communiceren met magazijnen, vervoerders en leveringsteams
Flexibel inzetbaar op verschillende locaties (rijbewijs is een pluspunt)
Wij zoeken iemand die:
Kennis heeft van logistieke en administratieve systemen
Vloeiend Engels spreekt (Chinees, Nederlands of andere talen zijn een pluspunt)
Goed kan werken met Microsoft Excel / Office
Nauwkeurig, stressbestendig en een teamspeler is
Zowel op kantoor als in een magazijnomgeving kan werken
Ervaring in de logistiek is een pluspunt
