What truly matters is:Relevant experience in system implementation or digital transformation (e.g., Business/Functional Analyst, Digital Transformation Project Manager). Hands on experience managing end-to-end tool rollouts (including configuration, testing, data migration, and user adoption).Project and change management skills, including ability to work on the floor with end-users, providing practical guidance and support to ensure strong adoption.Familiarity with data governance principles (data cleaning, quality, migration, security). Proven ability to map, standardize, and optimize processes.
