This is a role combining hands-on technical expertise, training delivery, and content development, working closely with engineers and end clients in a real-world manufacturing environment.The RoleYou will be responsible for delivering and developing high-quality training programmes focused on automation systems, while also supporting the evolution of training content in line with new technologies.This role involves a mix of training delivery (approx. 10 days per month) and content creation/improvement, as well as working with stakeholders to ensure training remains relevant and effective.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver technical training on PLCs, SCADA, and control systems Design and develop structured training materials (presentations, documentation, visual content) Lead and participate in Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions Translate complex automation concepts into clear, engaging learning content Review and enhance existing training materials to add value Work closely with stakeholders and SMEs to align training with real-world systems Support continuous improvement of training delivery and content Essential Experience7+ years’ experience in industrial automation (PLC, SCADA, control systems) Experience delivering training OR strong interest in moving into a trainer role Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for different audiences Experience creating training materials (PowerPoint, documentation, e-learning tools) Languages: English, French and/or Dutch (Flemish) highly desirable Experience with live industrial systems/factory environments preferred If the above E-learning job is of interest and you want to know more, get in touch or apply using the form below.
