Position: As a Supply Chain Finance Analyst, you’ll be part of the Supply Chain Finance team at our bustling plant in Veurne. You’ll report directly to the Supply Chain Finance Manager and work closely with colleagues from Controlling, local departments, and our shared service centers.
You work proactively, accurately, and with a critical eye—all in an environment where your input truly matters.
Responsibilities
1. You assist in preparing budgets for indirect costs, investments, and productivity projects.
2. You help with investment requests.
3. You support the engineering department in monitoring investment budgets.
4. You prepare weekly reports and track financial aspects of tests, rejected raw materials, and packaging materials, among other things.
5. You report results to local management and serve as a sparring partner for the Finance Manager.
6. You monitor productivity projects and ensure clear monthly reporting.
7. You are the point of contact for all insurance matters at the plant.
8. You are the Key User for tracking purchase orders.
Qualifications
9. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics or finance.
10. Initial experience in a similar analytical finance role.
11. A strong affinity for a manufacturing or operations environment.
12. Excellent Excel skills; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
13. You are fluent in Dutch and English.
14. You are accurate, analytical, eager to learn, and proactive.
15. You value structure but also contribute critical thinking.

Functie: Als Supply Chain Finance Analyst maak je deel uit van het Supply Chain Finance team binnen onze bruisende plant in Veurne. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Supply Chain Finance Manager en werkt nauw samen met collega’s van controlling, lokale afdelingen en onze shared service centers.
Je werkt proactief, nauwkeurig en met een kritische blik – en dat alles in een omgeving waar jouw input écht telt.
16. Je ondersteunt bij de opmaak van budgetten voor indirecte kosten, investeringen en productiviteitsprojecten.
17. Je helpt bij investeringsaanvragen.
18. Je ondersteunt engineeringsafdeling bij de opvolging van de investeringsbudgetten.
19. Je stelt wekelijkse rapporten op en volgt testen, afgekeurde grondstoffen en verpakkingsmaterialen financieel op.
20. Je rapporteert resultaten aan het lokale management en fungeert als sparringpartner voor de finance manager.
21. Je volgt productiviteitsprojecten op en zorgt voor heldere maandelijkse rapportering.
22. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor alle verzekeringskwesties van de plant.
23. Je bent Key User voor opvolgen van aankooporders.
24. Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een economische of finance-gerelateerde richting.
25. Een eerste ervaring in een gelijkaardige analytische finance functie.
26. Een sterke affiniteit met een productie- of operationsomgeving.
27. Uitstekende Excel-skills; kennis van SAP is een plus.
28. Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels.
29. Je bent accuraat, analytisch, leergierig en proactief.
30. Je houdt van structuur, maar denkt ook kritisch mee.
