A growing industrial group in the sustainable/ industrial sector is looking for a Chief Accountant / Accounting Manager to take full ownership of accounting for three Belgian entities.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage full-cycle, multi-entity accounting, reporting, and consolidation
* Supervise a small team (up to 3 people) – first-time managers welcome
* Collaborate directly with the CFO
* Occasionally travel to 3 sites across Belgium (monthly)
* Drive process improvements and implement new initiatives
Requirements:
* Bilingual French & Dutch – English is a must
* Experience in industrial/manufacturing accounting
* Comfortable with ERP systems: Odoo, Exact, Excel
* Autonomous, proactive, flexible
* Mobile and adaptable for occasional site visits
* Open to candidates eager to step into management
