We believe that any business can be digital first. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a consultant with a first experience in Odoo or similar ERP. As a Odoo Project Leader, you'll be in regular contact with clients and will build a thorough understanding of their specific needs in terms of business business/IT alignment. Function: As a Odoo Project Leader, your specific tasks and responsibilities may include: Understand in depth the customer's needs and activities in order to advise them on the most optimal solution Drive and challenge business requirements gathering sessions Act as a liaison agent between business and development team to transform new requirements into Odoo working features Implement the client's needs in the Odoo solution before configuring it Create and document the testing strategy (following industry best practices) and coordinate the test execution Create training material and documentation for Odoo users and train new end-users (train the trainer approach) on Odoo and related applications Accompany and train end users to the new tool Develop and maintain processes to continuously monitor data quality Deliver informative, well-organized demos to business teams Contribute to the daily development of Squareflow Profile Between 2 and 4 years' experience Good working knowledge of French, Dutch and English Master degree in (Applied) Economic Sciences, Engineering, Commercial Sciences, or any other master degree complemented by a degree in Management Sciences First relevant experience in Odoo or in an ERP Project management skills (and ideally Odoo certification) and good understanding of business processes Structural thinking Ability to work autonomously but also in team with a “Can Do attitude” Creatively and pragmatic in a problem-solving environment Fast-learner with a specific interest in Digital Excellent communication skills (written and oral) WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
