Our client is a well-established and leading integrator and distributor of industrial computing solutions and systems, with operations across the Benelux region and France. The company assists its clients in conducting projects and providing customised solutions for the most demanding markets such as Defense and Security, Aerospace, Transportation & Logistics, Industry, Medical & Pharma …

In the context of their current expansion, they are currently looking for a Sales Manager.


Position


Reporting to the Managing Director Benelux, the position is responsible for driving commercial growth across Belgium (Flemish region) by developing new business opportunities and managing existing customer accounts. Operating within a mid-size company environment and with a high level of autonomy, the role combines strategic sales development, hands-on account management, and close collaboration with internal teams.


Main responsibilities:


* Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target industries.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline aligned with regional growth objectives.
* Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
* Develop tailored proposals for customized solutions and value‑added services.
* Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, including system integrators, OEMs, end users, and channel partners.
* Conduct regular business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
* Ensure efficient communication and coordination with pre-sales, technical support, and operations teams.
* Represent the company at relevant trade shows, industry events, and customer workshops.



Candidate profile


This position requires a proactive, customer‑centric sales leader who understands industrial environments, digitalization trends, and the value of reliable IT/OT solutions and infrastructure.


Main requirements:


* Higher education or equivalent through experience.
* Minimum 10 years of relevant and proven track record in B2B sales in similar business/client contexts, and in a hybrid role combining new business development and account management.
* Strong commercial, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
* Self‑driven and engaged personality, with very good interpersonal skills.
* Organised, pragmatic, result- and efficiency-driven mindset, comfortable working autonomously within a regional scope.
* Fluency in Dutch and English, knowledge of French is a strong asset.
