We are looking for colleagues to join our team immediately to provide excellent customer experiences for German & English or French & English speaking customers. You will assist customers even after purchase, offering advice and solving technical issues.

Your Profile

* Secondary school diploma or equivalent
* Reliable, committed, and independent work style
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German & English or French & English
* Technical knowledge is a plus
* Additional languages (e.g., Italian, Spanish etc.) are advantageous
* Helpdesk experience is a plus

Your Responsibilities

* Assist with product returns, warranty claims, and customer issues in collaboration with the RMA team
* Create technical content for the website (knowledge base) and maintain product information
* Follow up on customer inquiries and escalate tickets when necessary
* Provide support via Zendesk, email, and phone
* Collaborate with teams worldwide
* Participate in team meetings for product updates, communication, releases, and team building
* Test new products and iOS/Android apps for functionality and quality
* Escalate product issues to management and R&D for updates and fixes
* Ensure attention to detail in ticket specifications and customer requirements
* Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers
