Job description
Wygwam, a division of the Niko Group, is a dynamic organization specializing in innovative solutions. We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our Finance organization to drive financial excellence, be the link between finance and sales (operations) and to strengthen our data-driven backbone.
As our new Business Analyst, you will be the link between finance & sales and data analytics. You will follow up on sales performance, margins, pricing, discounts. Furthermore you will transform raw data into meaningful insights, intuitive dashboards, and powerful visualizations that help our teams to make informed decisions.
You will work closely with the Sales BI specialist and you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of data – together, you will form a strong analytical partnership that bridges data quality and commercial intelligence.
Your main stakeholders are our Sales operations support team, Business directors, Product Management and sales departments across Europe.
* Identifies issues and opportunities by translating complex data into actionable business insights and communicate them effectively to non-technical stakeholders like Business Unit Directors, PM.
* Drives the sales budget process and follows up on sales forecasting and performance tracking at product and market level.
* Support pricing and margin analyses, and controls kickback calculations.
* Reviews business cases financial feasability and support ad-hoc financial analyses for new initiatives and projects. Measure decisions versus actual financial impact.
* Collaborate with the Sales & BI specialist to ensure high data quality, reflecting actual financial data.
* Continuously improve tools, processes, and data structures to enhance efficiency and transparency.
* Owns the BI structure, reporting and tools for Wygwam finance. Works closely with counterpart at group level.
* Report directly to the CFO
Profile
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commercial Engineering, or Applied Economic Sciences
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in controlling, financial planning & analysis, or audit
* Experience with SAP financial modules and Power BI or similar BI tools
* Advanced financial analysis and modeling capabilities. Experience with pricing and margin analysis is preferred
* Strong proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools
* Strategic thinking and business acumen.
* A proactive, curious, and adaptable mindset – you thrive in building new structures and finding smarter ways of working
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
* Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with strong attention to detail
* Proficiency in English and Dutch, both written and verbal
