We're looking for a talented professional to join our client's dynamic IT Infrastructure team. This role is integral to maintaining the stability and performance of server systems, integrated within a broad technical environment. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in Windows and Azure, while being a proactive member of a diverse team that emphasizes collaboration and autonomy.
Responsibilities And Tasks
The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining Windows and Azure systems, ensuring seamless integration with related IT components. Key tasks include:
* Installing and configuring server systems (Windows, Azure; Linux and OpenShift knowledge is a plus).
* Monitoring system performance and managing DNS, DHCP, and firewall requests.
* Implementing upgrades and security patches, while following up on open incidents and changes.
* Documenting procedures and translating technical language for customers.
* Automating deployment processes and managing external and internal partner communications for incident resolution.
Technical Environment
The candidate should possess experience across a variety of technologies, particularly in Windows and Linux environments. Knowledge and proficiency in the following areas are essential:
* Microsoft Technologies:
* Windows 10 to 11
* Windows Server 2016 to 2019
* Active Directory, Azure Active Directory
* Azure Cloud Services
* Linux Technologies:
* Red Hat and CentOS
* Automation Tools:
* Powershell Scripting
* Ansible
* GIT
* Monitoring: Familiarity with Zabbix and Dynatrace is a plus.
Profile of the Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Windows systems. They should demonstrate strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, a commitment to effective communication, and a capacity for rigorous follow-up. Additional qualifications include:
* Proficiency in languages, particularly fluent English and Dutch or French.
* Certifications in Windows, Azure, OpenShift, GIT, and Ansible are beneficial.
* A proactive approach and the ability to thrive under pressure while managing priorities.
