What you'll be doing:


Driving Commercial & Client Activity

* Support the MD across client development, proposals, and revenue‑generating opportunities
* Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations, pitches, and commercial proposals
* Join client meetings, contributing to discussions and managing follow‑ups and next steps
* Act as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and professional relationships
* Confidently engage clients via email and phone to progress opportunities


Supporting Sales & Strategy

* Prepare briefings, research, and insights ahead of client meetings
* Lead or support brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas and campaign approaches
* Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Partnerships, and Account teams to develop best‑in‑class proposals
* Think proactively about new opportunities and revenue potential across clients


Execution & Coordination

* Manage end‑to‑end coordination of proposals, contracts, and project handovers
* Ensure all processes, approvals, and timelines are followed and delivered to a high standard
* Track actions, follow‑ups, and internal workflows to keep momentum across all projects
* Maintain accurate CRM records and support reporting


MD & Leadership Support

* Prepare key documents, presentations, and materials for senior meetings
* Attend internal and external meetings, taking ownership of minutes and action tracking
* Coordinate schedules, priorities, and deliverables to maximise efficiency
* Represent the MD in selected internal meetings where required


Who we’re looking for:

* Strong commercial mindset and sales awareness
* Experience in account management, strategy, or commercial roles
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at pace
* Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
* Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
* High attention to detail and ability to deliver to a consistently high standard
