The Role
As
Area Sales Manager Central Europe
, you will be responsible for developing and expanding Spiromatic's presence across the region, with a particular focus on
German-speaking markets
. You act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through complex investment decisions and building long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and grow sales with existing customers and new prospects across Central Europe
* Drive solution-based sales for complex, long-cycle CAPEX projects
* Manage the full sales process from initial contact through contract signature
* Work closely with Sales Support Engineering to ensure technically sound and commercially profitable proposals
* Build and maintain long-term relationships within the industrial baking and dough processing industry
* Develop and manage a strong and sustainable sales pipeline
* Represent Spiromatic at international trade fairs and industry events
* Provide structured market feedback and insights to management and sales & marketing teams
Your Profile
* University degree or equivalent experience
* Minimum
5 years of international technical B2B sales experience
, preferably within industrial equipment or food processing
* Proven experience with long sales cycles and high-value CAPEX projects
* Strong analytical skills and a consultative, solution-oriented mindset
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Results-driven with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets
* Willingness to travel up to
50% within Europe
* Fluent in German and English
; Dutch is an asset
* Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital collaboration tools
