We are looking for a senior leader to shape and activate the Eastpak Brand globally, adapting to the pace of consumer behavior and the digital landscape. The ideal candidate will champion innovative thinking, collaboration, and partnership. They should be an experienced, empowering mentor who fosters a positive team culture and creates opportunities for development, recognition, and reward.
The purpose of this role is to develop and activate brand-building strategies—covering product design, development, merchandising, and marketing—to deepen Eastpak’s relationship with consumers through products and experiences.
This role will be responsible for the strategic direction and activation of our brand, working closely with EMEA, APAC, and NORA organizations. Responsibilities include setting seasonal brand priorities, campaign planning, and delivering results across the marketing funnel, while enhancing the daily brand experience in partnership with channel leaders. In EMEA, the team implements product development, marketing, and merchandising strategies for Eastpak and Jansport brands.
The role is part of the Global Packs Management Team and will collaborate with Regional Commercial Teams to drive the product and marketing agenda across regions.
How You Will Make a Difference
* Partner with the Global Packs President and regional leadership to develop long-term and short-term brand and commercial strategies aligned with the global vision.
* Lead the establishment of brand-building strategies across all channels and geographies, demonstrating the brand’s value to grow the consumer base and revenue.
* Build and maintain the Brand Toolbox, including Consumer Target, DNA, CV, Product Architecture, Marketing Strategy, and Sustainability.
* Foster a culture of creativity and effective brand management to position the brand as a global leader.
* Create aligned global category merchandising and product goals to meet financial targets and drive demand.
* Lead the global product development process to ensure effective creation and messaging of differentiated products aligned with brand positioning and innovation pipelines.
* Manage segmentation and development calendars; collaborate with regional leads to review and uphold the IMS.
* Regularly review product lines and architecture to ensure optimal management and financial performance.
* Collaborate with brand leads to leverage synergies in product development and marketing.
* Support marketing leads with strategic and creative marketing plans, ensuring alignment with brand vision.
* Oversee the Brand Investment strategy.
* Lead initiatives on Product Architecture and Sustainability.
* Manage a team of 2 direct reports and 8 indirect reports.
Skills For Success
* Bachelor's degree or higher, or relevant experience and training.
* 8-10+ years of experience in Brand Management, Product Management, or Marketing, with a deep understanding of global consumers and digital platforms.
* Global experience with consumer connection, brand planning, and strategy.
* Proven leadership in building, developing, and inspiring teams.
* Track record of driving results.
* Creativity, inspiration, and familiarity with fashion, design, and emerging consumer trends. Digital-first mindset and global product management knowledge.
* Ability to facilitate organizational change across multiple countries to meet global objectives.
* Experience managing teams and delivering results in a highly matrixed environment.
Other requirements include up to 30% travel and proficiency in English.
