AISB-811 Senior Digital IT Project Manager
Mission Context
This mission involves providing digital project management services for business‑driven projects. The role contributes to the successful delivery of IT solutions aligned with business objectives, ensuring strong ownership of delivered outcomes while minimising lead times and maximising value.
The position requires a structured and results‑driven approach, combining project governance, Agile leadership, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Digital IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
Project Management
Managing projects across all key dimensions: budget, planning, scope, risk management (MRI), communication, and reporting
Ensuring delivery objectives are met in terms of quality, timelines, and costs
Providing clear and regular project reporting to stakeholders
Leading and coordinating software development teams
Working in an Agile / Scrum / AgilePM environment, with a strong focus on MVP delivery
Promoting collaboration, prioritisation, and continuous improvement
Project Coordination
Coordinating activities with external service providers, internal digital teams, service centres, and operations
Acting as a key interface between business and IT stakeholders
Ensuring alignment between business requirements and delivered IT solutions
Required Technical Skills
Mandatory
Solid technical understanding of Java, Angular, and relational databases
Strong experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
Knowledge of PRINCE2
Experience in IT testing
Proficiency with project management tools
Experience using Jira and Confluence
Soft Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership and ability to motivate teams
Clear client‑oriented mindset
Structured, methodical, and pragmatic working style
Assertive decision‑making and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate confidently in complex project environments
A very good command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutch is an asset.
Although most of our positions require at least 3 years of experience, some are open to new starters.
