As the Testing Lead, you are responsible for ensuring the quality and readiness of all solutions delivered in the different transformation tracks. You will design and execute a comprehensive, end-to-end testing strategy across all phases in alignment with CoE Quality Assurance, from initial planning to final user sign-off. This role is critical for preparing, planning and managing defect triage, coordinating user testing, and ensuring that all functional and non-functional requirements (incl. f.ex. OAT) are met before go-live.
Your role and responsibilities
1. Test strategy & framework management.
2. Develop and implement a comprehensive testing framework, including all plans, processes, and tools.
3. Ensure full test coverage for all functional, non-functional, and regression scenarios.
4. Test execution & defect management.
5. Oversee all testing cycles, ensuring they are executed on schedule and meet quality standards.
6. Lead the defect triage process, working with technical and business teams to prioritize and resolve issues.
7. Stakeholder coordination & reporting.
8. Work with functional analysts and business process owners to develop robust test scenarios and cases.
9. Provide regular, clear reporting on testing progress, quality metrics, and overall readiness to leadership.
How to succeed / Your profile
10. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
11. 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role for a large-scale program.
12. Extensive experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, …) and automation frameworks.
13. Expertise in modern testing methodologies and best practices.
14. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and coordinate cross-functional teams.
15. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
16. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
17. Pro-active mindset to deliver qualitative and durable solutions.
