Context :
We are looking for a Buyer for one of our clients in the railway industry.
In a project-driven industrial environment, you will be responsible for managing procurement activities from supplier selection to contract execution, while contributing to the deployment of the commodity strategy.
You will play a key role in ensuring project execution in line with Quality, Cost, Delivery and Technical objectives, as well as supporting and developing effective supplier panel relationships.
Responsabilities :
* Mettre en œuvre le processus complet de sélection fournisseurs pour les projets.
* Préparer, lancer et piloter les Request for Quotation (RFQ).
* Mener les négociations projets et établir les contrats fournisseurs.
* Suivre l'exécution des contrats et coordonner les activités avec les équipes internes.
* Garantir la performance QCDT (Qualité, Coûts, Délais, Technique) des fournisseurs.
* Assurer le respect des engagements contractuels et des work package sheets.
* Sécuriser les délais de livraison et la qualité, notamment lors des phases de ramp-up.
* Contribuer à la stratégie commodity et à la construction du panel fournisseurs.
* Suivre, évaluer et développer la performance des fournisseurs.
* Appliquer les processus Achats, le Code d'Éthique et les engagements RSE.
Your profile :
* Master's degree in Engineering or Business School.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement or direct buying roles.
* Knowledge of contract management with legal awareness.
* Strong communication skills and team spirit.
* Ability to challenge stakeholders and drive discussions.
* Results-oriented, with a pragmatic mindset.
* Rigorous, structured and well-organized.
* Strong international mindset.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written).
