Job Description As a Senior Product Manager (Seeker/B2C Domain) at Immoweb, you own a strategic product domain end-to-end. You are responsible for defining the vision, shaping the strategy, and driving execution to deliver measurable impact for our users and business. You combine strong product discovery skills with operational excellence in delivery. You think in terms of outcomes, not output, and you are comfortable making high-impact decisions in a fast-moving marketplace environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Strategy & Ownership Define and evolve the vision and strategy for your product domain. Translate company objectives into a clear, outcome-driven roadmap. Identify growth opportunities through market insights, customer research, and data. Make trade-offs that maximize long-term value creation. 2. Discovery & Validation Lead (continuous) discovery with users (property seekers, real estate professionals and financial service providers). Define clear problem statements and success metrics. Validate solutions through experimentation, testing, and iteration. Ensure strong problem-solution fit before scaling. 3. Delivery & Execution Excellence Own the product backlog and prioritization. Write clear product briefs and requirements. Partner closely with Engineering and Product Design to ensure high-quality delivery. Management of delivery of backlog items. Ensure initiatives deliver measurable business impact. 4. Stakeholder & Business Alignment Collaborate closely with Strategy, Sales, Customer Care, Marketing, and Data teams. Align product initiatives with revenue, engagement, and customer satisfaction goals. Communicate strategy, roadmap, and results clearly to senior leadership. 5. Performance & Optimization Define and monitor KPIs (engagement, conversion, retention, revenue, etc.). Use data to continuously optimize user journeys. Drive experimentation and a test-and-learn culture.
