At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a professional AI Business Analyst to join our UniQue Brussels, Belgium team.
What will you be bringing to the team?
* Document business and functional requirements, and develop business cases.
* Analyze and model business processes and business models.
* Perform risk analysis.
* Support assessment and implementation of AI technologies in business processes, including developing roadmaps for AI deployment.
* Occasionally promote AI awareness and adoption within the organization.
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
* Master + 5 years of experience or Bachelor + 9 years of experience
* Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, including at least 1 year implementing AI-driven business processes.
* Strong knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and information systems.
* Familiarity with AI technologies and solutions applicable to business operations.
* Proficiency with analysis and modeling tools and techniques (use case diagrams, state diagrams, ER models, interaction diagrams, etc.).
* Ability to identify opportunities to improve or transform processes through AI.
* Experience with large organizational administrative processes.
* Fluent in English (C1) and French (B2); additional EU languages are a plus.
