Main Responsibilities:
* Information Gathering: Conduct interviews, organize meetings and workshops to collect relevant information.
* Needs Analysis: Collaborate with internal departments to identify business needs and user requirements related to our IT systems.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate business models, functional designs, and system documentation.
* Process Analysis: Describe, analyze, and evaluate bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement in our operational processes.
* Process Modelling: Use modelling techniques to map and optimize business processes effectively.
* Develop & Write Functional Specifications: Develop business analyses, detect opportunities, and translate them into functional specifications and user stories for IT development.
* PowerBI Reports: Qualify requirements, propose solutions, test solutions, and implement them successfully.
* Project Management: Actively participate in project management, monitor progress, coordinate actions with project teams and project managers while respecting deadlines and budgets.
* Monitoring Developments: Stay informed of the latest trends and developments in the field of IT and process analysis.
