The role combines administrative support with hands-on coordination of materials, mailings, and event logistics.Your tasks will include:Prepare and manage daily mailings and shipmentsMaintain inventory of materials, samples, and documentationCoordinate and prepare materials for marketing campaigns and mailingsUpdate databaseProcess sample requests and keep customer data up to dateSupport the organization of events and congresses (materials, registrations, equipment)Provide general administrative support to the marketing and admin teamsHelp in the warehouse when neededQualificationsProfile The ideal candidate is hands-on, well organized, and comfortable balancing administrative tasks with practical logistics support. Experience in an administrative or logistics role, a good command of Dutch, French, and English, and confidence using Microsoft Office and databases are important for this position.
