Oversee the full lifecycle of building projects, from design coordination to on-site execution and handover.

Act as the main point of contact between the client, contractors, architects, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and technical solutions.

Coordinate site activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
4.
Manage project planning and scheduling, tracking progress against milestones and identifying any risks or delays.
5.
Control budgets and project costs, working closely with the Quantity Surveyor to monitor financial performance and approve variations.

Minimum 8-10 years of experience managing building projects.
7. Construction Engineering background is a must.

Strong technical background in construction and ability to interpret engineering and architectural plans.
9.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
10.
Familiar with local construction regulations, safety standards, and permitting processes.
11.
Fluent in French and Dutch, with a professional level of English.
