This role is crucial in driving our shared service HR department, responsible for the recruitment of both blue and white-collar employees. You will also play a vital role in driving our employer branding initiatives, campus recruitment, job students, internships, job fairs, guest lectures, and company visits.

* Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
* Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment with enthusiasm for leadership.
