supporting our business operations. Working closely with experienced colleagues, you'll tackle a variety of legal challenges with a strong emphasis on digital law
: providing day-to-day assistance by answering queries from the business, offering comprehensive advice to colleagues, negotiating and drafting contracts that align with business requirements, and managing litigation when needed.

Responsibilities
* Draft, review & negotiate contracts
* Provide legal assistance to support our activities
* Offer legal advice on specific matters (business, GDPR, IT, labour, corporate law, etc.)
* Maintain & develop internal legal knowledge
* Ensure compliance with regulations (GDPR, NIS, ESG, etc.)
Must Have
* Master's degree in Law or higher
* Perfect French & fluency (B2–C1) in English
* Experience as in-house counsel or lawyer with a focus on ICT
* Curiosity and strong interest in IT
* Autonomy
* Strong legal, analytical and synthesis skills
* Valid work permit for Belgium
Nice to Have
* Completion of traineeship as a qualified lawyer
* German and/or Dutch fluency
