About the Role
The Social Growth Manager is responsible for driving brand visibility, engagement, and customer acquisition through social media and creator ecosystems. This role combines content creation, community activation, influencer management to ensure sustained digital growth across markets and social channels. You will report to Mahira (Marketing Manager) and work closely with our graphic designer, performance marketeer and offline trade marketeer.
Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution
* Execute the social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, ...)
* Develop recurring content formats aligned with brand positioning
* Plan and manage content calendars
Video & Content Production
* Create short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, Ads)
* Develop hooks, scripts, and storytelling structures
* Produce both organic and paid creative variations
* Test new content formats and trends
Influencer & Creator Ecosystem
* Identify, recruit, and onboard influencers & UGC creators
* Manage deliverables, usage rights, and collaboration agreements
* Track performance and ROI of partnerships
* Build long-term collaborations relationships
Community Management
* Manage daily interactions (comments, DMs, moderation)
* Activate conversations and increase engagement
* Encourage UGC and community participation
* Monitor feedback and sentiment
Performance & Growth Optimization
* Track engagement, reach, retention, and conversion metrics
* Identify high-performing formats and scale them
* Collaborate with performance marketing on creative testing
* Support acquisition and LTV growth objectives

OUR HIRING PROCESS
We keep our process fast and transparent. Typically 2–3 weeks from first call to offer:
* First interview with the Marketing Manager (Mahira): a conversation about your experience, track record, and approach to marketing and growth
* Second interview in person with the co-founders: a meeting to explore company fit, align on expectations, and answer each other's questions
* Short practical exercise: a relevant case or assignment linked to the role
