Description For one of our customers, a big player in the automotive industry, we are looking for a administrative assistant for the General Affairs department. This position focuses on ensuring smooth daily operations at Head Office level, with strong involvement in office administration, reception, facilities, and employee services.

The position covers a wide operational scope, including:
Front-office and reception activities
Office and facility coordination (suppliers, services, work environment)
Administrative follow-up (documents, invoices, internal requests)
Company car fleet support
Support to expatriates and internal stakeholders
Contribution to HSE / Prevention and environmental initiatives

The role requires a candidate who is highly organized, reliable, and hands-on, with a strong service mindset and close attention to detail. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing multiple operational matters in parallel and able to work effectively in a multicultural, international environment.
Target profile:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, with
minimum 3 years of experience
in an administrative role.
An experienced administrative or General Affairs professional, ideally with several years of experience in General Affairs, Office Management, or Administration. xjsrcvq
Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a strong asset.
Proficient in
MS Office
Have a valid Belgian driver's licence
